DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Important notice: Each individuals capacity of tolerance differs therefore test your own threshold by EXPERIMENTING on the serving dosage. Below is prescribed guideline on how to use PRIMATE FUEL depending on your body mass as a starting point:
* Below 75kg person: Add 1 scoop (16.5 g) to approx. 250ml+ of water.
* Above 75kg person: Add 2 scoops (33 g) to approx. 400ml+ of water.
*Be mindful to release the pressure build up caused by shaking to prevent a spurting effect!

GREAT IDEA - As a nutritional supplement before training sessions; workouts and/or events: Add 2 level scoops to 350+ ml cold water (or as per desired sweetness). Consume immediately 20-25 minutes prior to your workout. Do not consume any foodstuffs for at least 1-3 hours prior taking PRIMATE FUEL as this will yield an optimal effect! Best result is to consume in fasting state!
