Whey Protein is a natural and complete protein with all the essential amino acids the body requires for daily functioning. Whey Protein is also the riches source of protein with natural occurring Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA’s). BCAA’s has shown to increase nitrogen retention; protein synthesis and muscle growth. Whey Protein is also a quick release protein, meaning that amino acids are released into the blood at a high rate, and acts fast to ensure maximum recovery and an anabolic state for optimal muscle growth. Therefore whey protein is a good alternative to supplement with and ensure optimal recovery for athletes!

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
As a nutritional supplement before- and/or after training:
Add 1 scoop (30g) to approx. 200-250 ml cold water and consume 45min before training (ensures amino supply for optimal training) and/or directly after training. Servings may be doubled for personal preference.
GREAT IDEA – add 1 scoop to a bowl of your favourite cereal or porridge for a power meal option and optimal recovery!
